Taco catering event with mountains in the background

For taco caterers who want to own their area on Google

The Local Domination System

Every week I post to your Google listing, add new photos and get you more reviews. I also build twelve websites around your area with your name on them. Every customer who reaches out through those sites goes to you and nobody else. And once you are in, no other taco caterer within 15 miles of you can get this plan.

Customers Pick You Before They Ever Taste Your Food

When someone plans a party, they pull out their phone and search “taco catering near me.” They look at the map and the few names at the top. They check the stars, the reviews, the photos, and whether there is a website. Then they call one of those caterers.

They have never tasted your food. They pick from what Google shows them. If you are not on that list, you do not get the call, no matter how good your tacos are.

Try it right now. Search “taco catering near me” and see who shows up. Then find your own listing and compare.

Showing Up Near Home Is Not Enough

Google does not show everyone the same list. It changes based on where the person is standing when they search.

You might show up first near your own place. Five miles away, you might not show up at all. The family planning a party across town may never see your name.

Lead sites like Thumbtack and Bark do not fix this either. They do not sell taco catering leads. They sell catering leads, and “Mexican food” is just one choice on the list. Mexican food is not taco catering, so you can end up paying for a customer who was never looking for a taco caterer. Then they sell that same customer to many caterers, and you all fight on price.

My own lead service, where you pay for each lead, sends real taco catering leads. But even there, up to three caterers can buy the same one.

Most Caterers Set Up Their Listing Once and Forget It

There are four things on your Google listing that you control: your profile, your photos, your posts and your reviews. Keeping them fresh is how you show up higher on the map. But it only helps if it gets done every single week.

Most caterers set them up once and never touch them again. That is a big reason some caterers show up on the map and others do not.

The Local Domination System Puts All of This in One Plan

Right now your listing and your website put your name in two places on Google. The Local Domination System adds twelve more, keeps your listing fresh every week, and sends every lead from those twelve sites to you alone.

Here is what you get.

Your Google Listing, Kept Fresh Every Week

Before anything else, I check what is on your listing now and fix anything that is wrong. That means the kind of business Google says you are, every service you offer, your hours, your phone number and the towns you cover. Then I make sure your own website says the same thing.

This matters more than most caterers think. When someone searches “taco catering for a wedding,” Google shows the caterers whose listings say they do weddings. And when your listing and your website do not match, Google trusts both less and can show you lower.

Then the weekly work starts, and it never takes a week off. You get two new posts and two new photos every week, each on a different day. I keep your services, hours and holiday hours right. Steady work like this helps your listing show up higher. One big push and then nothing does not.

The goal is for you to show up first in the area closest to you, and then further and further out.

Reviews are part of that weekly work too. Every Friday, I email a few of your past customers a review request with a link straight to your Google listing. That way the requests go out across the whole month, not all at once. Anyone who does not answer gets a reminder, and every review that comes in gets a reply from me.

Google says more reviews can help you show up higher. Reviews also help you win the call. When a family planning a birthday party sees you next to a caterer with four times as many reviews, they call the other caterer.

I also show you where people cannot find you. Most caterers know one number. They say, “I am third on Google.” But that is only true from one spot.

I check where you show up on Google when someone searches from different spots all over your area, and I hand you a map. Green means you show up near the top there. Red means you do not. I run the same check before I start and again as I go, so you can see for yourself whether your spot has moved. You do not have to take my word for it.

Twelve Websites With Your Name on Them

I look up what people really type into Google when they want taco catering, and I name each site for one of those searches. Most of the time that is the kind of event or service plus a town. I buy the sites, build them, pay to keep them online, and keep improving them so they show up on Google.

Why twelve? One website can only be about so many things. If it tries to cover every kind of event and every town, it is hard for it to show up near the top for any of them. A site named for the exact words someone types has a better chance of showing up for that search.

Every site carries your business name and your logo, not some middleman’s. The customer sees your name before they ever pick up the phone, so they know who they are calling.

All twelve also have a link to your website. Google wants to know how well known a business is, and one thing it counts is how many other websites link to it. That is part of how it decides who shows up near you.

Fourteen Places on Google Instead of Two

Each of the twelve sites can show up on Google on its own, for searches and towns your website will never reach. Two or three of them can show up on the same page of Google. When your sites take those spots on page one, other caterers get pushed to page two, where customers hardly ever look.

More and more people do not click a link at all. They read Google’s AI answer at the top of the page, or they ask ChatGPT. Those answers pull from places like your listing, your website and the sites that mention you. The more places your name shows up, the better the chance those answers name you.

Every Lead Is Yours, However Many Come In

When someone calls or fills out the form on one of the twelve sites, that is a lead, and it goes to you alone. No other caterer gets that customer from me, so you are not fighting anyone on price.

You get all of them, however many come in. Caterers who buy leads from me pay ahead in packs of credits, and they spend about $300 a month on them. Some months they spend more, some months less, and sometimes they run out and miss leads until they buy more. Here there are no packs to buy and nothing to run out of. Your leads will not stop in the middle of graduation season because a balance ran out.

You also get leads from the sites I already run. I have sites that send me taco catering leads in many areas, like all of California. If those sites send leads in your area, you get them as part of the plan, at no extra cost. These are shared leads: other caterers can still buy them through my lead service. The leads from your twelve sites are the ones that go to you alone.

No Other Taco Caterer Within 15 Miles

I only do this for one taco caterer in each area. Once you are in, no other taco caterer within 15 miles of you can buy it. That also means I will not build websites for any of your competitors inside your 15 miles.

All twelve websites are built inside those 15 miles. So while my work on your Google listing keeps reaching further out, the twelve sites bring you more leads close to home. That means less driving, shorter trips and more parties near you.

What One Taco Gig Is Worth

A taco catering gig for about 50 guests brings in around $1,000.

I got that number from the prices taco caterers post on their own websites. Taco caterers across the US, in places like Los Angeles, Houston, Denver, Chicago, Philadelphia and Indianapolis, list prices for a 50-guest event that run from $580 to $2,500. The price in the middle of the list was about $1,075.

I rounded it down to $1,000 because those are starting prices, before tax, travel and add-ons, so the real bill is often higher. For 100 guests, the same caterers’ prices come to about $2,000.

Nobody publishes an official number for taco catering, so this is not one. It is based on what caterers themselves charge.

What You Get and What It Is Worth

 Per month
Your Google listing, kept fresh every week (my Google Business Profile management price)$300
Twelve websites built, kept online and kept improving (like buying one of my $750 website builds every month for a year)$750
Every lead from the twelve sites, plus shared leads from my other sites in your area, with no credit packs to buy (what my lead buyers spend on average)$300
No other taco caterer within 15 miles (I could sell this plan to two more taco caterers near you for $1,200 a month, and I turn that down)$1,200
Total$2,550

Bought from me one piece at a time, the first three lines come to $1,350 a month. And you could not buy the last line at all, because only one taco caterer in your area gets it.

Your Price Is $600 a Month

The Local Domination System is $600 a month, with no setup fee.

That is $7,200 for the whole year. At $1,000 a gig, eight gigs bring in $8,000, which is more than the whole year costs. Eight gigs a year is fewer than one gig a month.

That math uses what the gig pays you. It does not take out food, helpers or fuel, so run it with your own numbers too.

What I Will Not Promise You

I will not promise you a spot on the map or a number of calls. Nobody honest can promise you that, and anybody who does is guessing.

What I will promise is the work. Every single week, when you are booked solid and when it is slow, I post to your Google listing, add new photos, ask your customers for reviews and reply to every review. And I build twelve websites with your name on them, pay to keep them online, and keep improving them so they show up on Google.

The Twelve Websites Belong to Me

I want to be clear about this part. I buy the twelve websites, I build them and I pay for them, so they belong to me.

They work for you while you are in the Local Domination System. If you stop paying, they stop sending you leads and stop showing your name.

Want a website you own outright? That is my website build service, and it is a separate service.

What I Need From You

To get started, I need:

  • Manager access to your Google listing (Google calls it your Google Business Profile), so I can post, add photos and answer reviews every week.
  • The right facts for your listing, which means your hours, your holiday hours, every service you offer, your phone number and the towns you cover.
  • Your logo, so I can put it on all twelve websites.
  • The email addresses of your past customers, so the Friday review requests can start going out.

As long as you are in, I need:

  • Photos of your gigs, so the two new photos a week are real pictures of your work.
  • The email addresses of your new customers, so they get review requests too.
  • A heads-up whenever anything changes, like a new service, a new phone number, new hours or a move, so I can keep your listing right.

Only One Taco Caterer per Area

Only one taco caterer within 15 miles of you can have this, so I check your area before you sign up. Send me your details and I will email you back to say whether your area is still open, and whether my other sites already send shared leads where you are.

Have questions about the package first? You can book a call.

P.S. Every lead from the twelve sites goes to you alone, however many come in, and no other taco caterer within 15 miles can get the same plan. Once a caterer near you signs up, your area is taken. Checking takes one email.
