These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of moretacogigs.com (the “Site”) and the services offered by More Taco Gigs (“we,” “us,” or “I”). By using the Site or our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About Us
More Taco Gigs provides marketing help for taco caterers, including lead generation, Google Business Profile management, and website builds. You can reach us at anthony@moretacogigs.com.
Use of the Site
You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in any way other than through the interface we provide. The content on this Site, including guides, articles, and other materials, is provided for general information and is owned by More Taco Gigs unless otherwise stated.
Our Services
We offer several services for taco caterers. The specific terms, pricing, and details for each are presented at the point of sign-up or purchase, and those terms apply in addition to these. In general:
- Taco Catering Leads: We generate and send you real taco catering requests in your area. You see event details before you buy and pay per lead. Each lead is sold to no more than three caterers. There are no contracts, no monthly fees, and no commission on the events you close.
- Google Business Profile Management: A monthly service for caterers who already have a Google Business Profile and account access. You can cancel at any time; the service continues through the period you have paid for.
- Website Builds and Location Pages: A one-time build. You own the finished website when the work is complete.
No Guarantee of Results
We work hard to send real, relevant requests and to help your business get found online. However, we cannot and do not guarantee that any lead will turn into a booking, that you will reach any particular number of customers, or that your business will achieve any specific ranking on Google or other platforms. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including how quickly you follow up, your pricing, your service, and market demand. You are responsible for responding to and closing your own customers.
Payments
Prices for our services are shown at the point of purchase. Payments for leads are made through purchased credits, and monthly services are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. Any refund or cancellation terms specific to a service are provided at sign-up. If you have a question about a charge, contact us and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it.
Third-Party Services and Links
Our sign-up forms and some services are handled through third-party providers such as Systeme.io and LeadSimplify. Your use of those tools is also subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Our Site may link to other websites we do not control, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, More Taco Gigs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
